Thermosets are materials that, due to their material properties, are capable of meeting these requirements. They exhibit high mechanical strength and stiffness that remain nearly unchanged over a wide temperature range. Unlike thermoplastics, however, thermosets cannot be joined by welding. Screwing thermosets is an alternative to achieve an economical and detachable connection. In this context, direct screwing is a particularly promising approach. Currently, however, there are neither guidelines nor design recommendations that take long-term properties into account when designing a direct screw connection.                            <\/div>\n                        <\/div>\n                    <\/div>\n                            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/section>\n\n\n<section id=\"cpt-job-wysiwyg-block_64d751ff4a7018c73a2020d88e08852f\" class=\"block-cpt-job-wysiwyg pb-base\">\n    <h3 class=\"h2 text-lg\">You are required to do this:<\/h3>\n    <div class=\"wysiwyg container py-2 m-0 text-base\">\n        <p>As part of your work as a student assistant, you will produce test specimens to investigate the direct screwing of thermosets.
