The structure opening width, the undercut of the structure and the structure depth play a particularly important role in the structure geometry. The structural filling also influences the bond strength. Through a holistic and systematic consideration of the influencing factors described, a design guideline is developed that facilitates the design of micro-form-fit joints, adapted to the load case of the application and the plastic used. This enables the economical development of hybrid, micro-form-fit joined components.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objective:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The factors influencing the bond strength must be characterized for the use of micro-molded plastic\/metal components.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The work is related to this research project:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the IGF project &#8220;MiFoVe&#8221;, IKV is working on the investigation of hybrid components to facilitate their use in industrial products.
