For this purpose, carbon fibers soaked in resin are wound around a core (liner) with different orientations in order to withstand pressures of over 1200 bar. Hydrogen is a key element in Germany&#8217;s climate-neutral transformation by 2045 in various sectors such as the steel and chemical industries, the transport sector, energy supply and heat supply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In order to achieve a resource-efficient design and lightweight construction potential of CFRP H2 pressure tanks, IKV&#8217;s methodological approach combines the acquisition of process data and their processing for various manufacturing strategies with their experimental validation. These elements are combined within a digital twin framework that records and interprets relevant process and material parameters throughout the entire production chain. This work focuses on the reconstruction of process parameters and their interaction. The existing processing algorithms of the recorded process are to be combined in an end-to-end methodology to ensure centralized processing of data such as infrared camera images, winding speed or axial travel paths. From this, a digital shadow of the wound pressure accumulators is to be reconstructed, which contains information about the winding path, the fiber bandwidth or the local fiber volume content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objective:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The aim of the work is to develop a consistent methodology that processes recorded winding and test data centrally, reconstructs relevant process parameters and derives a digital shadow of the pressure accumulator in order to evaluate production strategies based on data and support the
