A special reactor is used to ignite a plasma in the container and the respective layer is deposited. Adapter pieces must be used to insert the container quickly, easily and tightly into the reactor. The aim of your research laboratory is to improve the adaptation concept used to date. In addition to layer development and analysis, we also deal with the design and optimization of plasma reactors. Plasma layers are an important mold for achieving closed material cycles, as they promote the use of monomaterial solutions and thus simplify recycling processes.<\/p>\n\n\n<style
