Important information is lost between these measuring points. In this thesis you can therefore design and test an innovative rheometer that can measure the pressure at any point of the rheometer and thus provide a clear statement about the properties of the material and the processing behavior. This is to be implemented with the help of a deformable membrane. The challenge here is that the one-sided membrane must deform sufficiently to ensure measurability, but on the other hand it must not deform plastically.<br> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The work is related to this research project:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The research project includes the design of a membrane rheometer, the determination of the effects of a defined pressure curve on the membrane and the conversion of the membrane deformation to the pressure as well as the metrological recording of the membrane deformation. The application-oriented characterisation of wall-sliding plastics and rubbers then makes it possible to improve the flow simulation and design of extrusion tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objective:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The aim of your work is to design and commission a membrane rheometer that achieves sufficient membrane deformation under the specified pressure levels to ensure precise measurement, but does not deform plastically<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Task definition:<\/h2>\n\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\">#table-from-csv-block_660bb4e9c0ba322e89af02675aaaadce table:not(thead) td:before { content: attr(data-col-name);
