On October 13, 2025, the IKV is offering a free guided tour of K 2025 in Düsseldorf for students. The world’s largest plastics trade fair provides insights into innovations and future trends in the industry.
© IKVOn 13 October 2025, IKV is organising a free guided tour for students of K 2025 in Düsseldorf – the world’s most important trade fair for the plastics and rubber industry.
Participants can expect a varied programme with organised travel to and from the fair, free admission to the fair and a guided tour of the fair. It also offers the opportunity to talk directly to leading companies in the sector and make valuable contacts.
The K trade fair takes place every three years in Düsseldorf and is regarded as a global meeting place for the industry. Companies from all over the world will be presenting the latest materials, processes, machines and solutions for a sustainable plastics industry. This gives young engineers a unique insight into the innovative power and diversity of the plastics industry.
IKV traditionally has a strong presence at K – with research contributions, cooperation projects and numerous partners from industry and science. The student leadership program is designed to introduce young talent directly to this environment and create opportunities for exchange with industry.
