An important factor for successful research at IKV are the more than 150 student assistants (Hiwis). IKV believes that a good engineering education is much more than just passing exams. Students are given an insight into practical work on machines and systems in tutorials accompanying lectures. Students who are employed as student assistants in the IKV working groups have considerably more opportunities to gain experience and knowledge in this area. IKV therefore tries to offer every student studying plastics technology a job at the institute.
As a student assistant at IKV, you will be an active part of our research teams right from the start. Through your work, you will contribute directly to the further development of innovative solutions and gain valuable insights into the practical application of scientific findings. This experience not only strengthens your professional skills, but also promotes your personal development – from teamwork to independent problem solving.
