Research laboratory or project work

Due to the high volume of plastic waste worldwide and the associated environmental impact, the processing of post-consumer recyclate (PCR) is becoming increasingly important. The many impurities in PCR materials often make processing difficult, e.g. in the injection moulding process.
The work is related to this research project:
You will write your student research project as part of the publicly funded “PlasticBOND” project. The aim of the project is to develop a data platform for recording and evaluating product sustainability in the plastics industry.
